Markets that move higher in a very slow, steady and resilient fashion, absent of any volatility often eventually see quick mean-reversion moves lower. The Russell 2000, and the S&P 500 for that matter has risen with nearly no volatility in the month of February and the beginning of March could well bring about some surprises for the bulls.
